Born in the family of musicians music runs in his blood. He got his training in music under his guru and father Pt. Kailash Pawar, brother Ravi Pawar, mother Om Pawar and Acharya Devendra Varman. He has been a thorough professional in Spanish guitar, vocals, music direction, organizing events, music counseling and marketing.
Mr.Tarun. K. Pawar He had been the "Artistes and Repertoire Manager" with Times Music, Mumbai (a division of Times of India) & still actively serving as a professional consultant to all leading music companies. As a professional he has worked with noted artistes like : Sonu Nigam, Sunidhi Chauhan, Daler Mehndi, Jagjit Singh, Pt. Shiv Kumar Sharma, Pt Hari Prasad Chaurasia, Lata Mangeshkar, Pt. Vishwamohan Bhatt, Pankaj Udhas, Anup Jalota, Bhupinder Singh, Ustad Sultan Khan, Pt. Rajan Sajan Mishra, Mahendra Kapoor, Sudesh Bhosle, and Bali Brahmbhatt to name a few.
His vast experience of more than 25 years in the music industry has given him an edge and extensive knowledge of the music scene in India. His expertise lies in music marketing, creating and designing unique concepts and ideas which results in bringing the best out from any artistes. His passion for music, creating new concepts, searching for new talent, nurturing them under trained artistes and then bringing them to the music industry has made him a part of this academy.

Mr.Ravi Pawar

(Dean)

He is a trained fusion violinist, pianist, composer, arranger and a trained singer. His musical journey began at a very young age under the strong discipline of his father Pt. Kailash Pawar, Acharya Devendra Varman and Guru Sh. Ralla Ram Ji.
Mr.Ravi Pawar He started his musical journey by creating music for Jingles, Tele Films and TV serials. Later he switched over to music albums and feature films. As a Music Director his albums got released from the top most music companies like: Magnasound, Times Music, T-Series, Saregama, Universal, and Tips including albums for Sonu Nigam-Mausam (Bijuria Bijuria Song), Yaad, Sanskaar; most of the albums of Daler Mehndi (Bolo ta ra ra ra, Dardi Rab Rab, Ho gayi teri balle balle,Tunak Tunak etc.), Shweta Shetty (Deewane to Deewane Deewane Hein), Shubha Mudgal (Ali more angana), Yesudas, Pankaj Udhas, Bhupinder Singh, Bali Brahambhatt etc. He has also composed music for films like: Oops, Tum Bin, Ek Se Bure Do, Tarannum, Wafaa, Ussey Kya ho jayega etc.
His stage performances include his violin recital which he plays in both Indian and western styles coupled with piano and his singing skills simultaneously. One can say it`s a "ONE MAN SHOW`` where he does all three things; singing, playing piano and playing violin all by himself at one go. The way he blends all three is incredible. His musical journey is still on and many more new dimensions are yet to come….
